As an Engineer at Forell | Elsesser, Ranjitha focuses on the technical design of the structural elements of a vast array of building types. With a Master’s degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, she has worked on many iconic and historical high rises and managed large-scale development projects. Ranjitha always looks for innovative solutions to solve a problem efficiently and focuses on workflows that help streamline a company’s processes. She brings to the table a level of organization and focus that is needed for the project team as a whole and always has a fresh perspective on how to approach the design. She is currently working on a large seismic retrofit project that requires a high level of patience, enthusiasm, organization, technical know-how, and motivation, which are a few of the qualities that define her.
Apart from engineering, Ranjitha is a passionate plant mother, painter & avid reader. In her free time, she explores the world of coding as a hobby, enjoys hiking, and aims to hit a minimum of five national parks every year.
