Customized Solution
- The library, spanning 35,000 square feet, features extensive collections, a discovery center hosting a multipurpose program room, makerspace, technology lab, study/tutoring areas, and adaptable meeting rooms. The 5,000-square-foot community theater serves dual roles as a performance venue and a venue for City Council meetings, enhancing civic interaction and fostering community engagement.
- The building also includes a 35,000-square-foot parks and recreation center. The center is equipped with classrooms of varying sizes, music rooms, exercise/dance spaces, and 1.3 acres of landscaped parkland. This facility acts as a vibrant hub for community activities and events.
