  • This two-story building over one level of underground parking was designed as an essential facility to remain operational following a large earthquake.
  • The use of Buckling Restrained Braced Frames (BRBF’s) will ensure good seismic performance.
  • The site’s high water table created difficult site conditions.
  • The design of the parking podium included heavy fire truck loading.
